This hunting lease is located in WMU (7H) and is about 40 miles SW of Syracuse, New York. The property consists of 21 acres of woods and 49 acres of fields. There is a very gradual slope from the access road on the south to the north. The woods has a small swamp in NW corner. We scared up some ducks. I saw some nice heavy deer trails paralleling the swamp. The fence line is quite thick and separates the fields. There are quite a few apple trees on the fence line. The woods is pretty thick and should provide good cover for the deer and turkeys. Posting of the property would be allowed. ATV use and camping would be allowed for hunting purposes only.
